Major international features

Our wilderness holiday cabin, an amazing cloudberry spot reached by husky sled in winter and boat in summer, featured in a photographic editorial for the New York Times. In January 2018, Adventure.com editor Oliver Pelling told us we had made their 2018 round-up of 'adventures with impact'. Canada's Outpost Magazine runs an article by Kathleen Doler about her adventures with Aki in the far north, and Germany's GEO (Geo.de) published an interview with a professional photographer who joined us on a 5-day safari.

The Villager Newspaper (US) featured us in the final part of a three-part series on Leah McFail's around-the-world backpacking adventure with her husband Steve. We are mentioned in the German-speaking world by Cellesche-Zeitung and Issn' Rude, and were visited by the French travel magazine and website Petit Fute in spring 2014. USA Today's 'Top 10 things to do in Lapland, Finland' names our farm for husky mushing, while The Australian carried a client's articles about his 7-day Arctic mushing adventure and follow-ups in later years.
