We offer three lengths of unforgettable multi-day husky safari: 2-day, 3-day and 5-day. Each can be bought as a standalone expedition or as an all-inclusive package, with accommodation and meals the night before and after organised by us — so you can focus on the adventure, not the logistics.
- 2-, 3- and 5-day expeditions (1.5 to 5 days of mushing)
- Flagship 5-day, c.200km wilderness safari in late March/April
- Standalone 'ground-only' or all-inclusive package options
- Children from age 9–12 may drive their own sleigh within a family group
5-day wilderness mushing safari
Our flagship 5-day wilderness mushing safari runs in late March and early April and can be purchased as a 'ground-only' expedition, or as a 7-day package or premier 8-day package with room and board either side and an additional day in Hetta to experience more Arctic activities.
2-day husky safaris
We have three versions of our 2-day safari. The traditional Polar Night Safari stays overnight at the husky kennel in our traditional kota — great for maximum hands-on time with the dogs. The 2-day wilderness safari spends the night in a wilderness cabin away from the farm. For those short of time arriving by bus, we occasionally offer an abridged Northern Lights Night, which starts at c.4pm with a northern-lights husky tour.
3-day husky safaris
We have two versions of the 3-day safari. The 3-Day Taiga Tour spends the first night at the farm and the second in a wilderness cabin. The 3-Day Palojoki Taiga Tour includes 2 nights out in wilderness cabins. Some years we hardly offer any 3-day tours because our focus is on the flagship 5-day tours, but we can sometimes arrange them spontaneously for larger groups.

2-Day Polar NightA two-day dog-mushing experience driving your own team c. 60–80km across Europe's most remote landscape, sleeping in a traditional farm kota or wilderness cabin.
3-Day Taiga TourA full-on three-day mushing experience covering 90–120km, exploring further from base than the 2-day tour and forming a real bond with your dog team.
5-Day Wilderness SafariFive full days of mushing covering 30–40km daily through the arctic wilderness with your own dog team, including a night on the high tundra plateau.
Family Husky SafariA family-targeted late-spring week with 4 days of mushing, suitable for children as young as 8, plus a free day of arctic activities and full board.
Northern Lights NightA shorter overnight alternative for those who can't fit a full 2-day tour: a 9km evening safari, a night in the farm kota, and a 30–40km safari the next day.
Private Husky SafarisFully customisable exclusive multi-day tours of 2–8 days, primarily in late March and April, tailored to your group, route and accommodation preferences.
