A recognised one-day tourism safety qualification, valid for five years, offered in English and Finnish.

This 1-day course culminates in a written test. Successful candidates gain a recognised tourism-specific safety qualification, valid for 5 years. The passport system was created to reduce accidents, enhance customer safety and improve the quality of tourism products.

Travel Industry Safety Passport

Contents of the course include the importance of safety in tourism, tourism safety characteristics, laws and regulations (including safety planning and risk assessment and management), risks in various tourism fields, the service chain as a safety chain, and emergency response. We are one of the few companies in Finland to offer the course in both English and Finnish.
