An extended farm tour
Starting out with an extended farm tour, you will learn more about how we socialise our pups, keep our retired sled dogs happy, and the maintenance tasks required to take care of our dogs' well-being.
Getting stuck in
Depending on the day's programme, we move on to various tasks: preparing equipment and dogs for a tour, socialising pups, dog care such as nail clipping or heat checks, or simple farm maintenance like clearing snow from kennels.
You will spend the morning under the wing of one of our experienced guides, who will talk you through any aspect of farm work and involve you in as much or as little of the harder work as you wish.
