This combines our traditional puppy encounter and our 'behind the scenes' farm tour. It runs 2 to 3 hours (depending on how much energy you have) and involves a good dose of pups, some time with the oldies, and real insight into life as a husky guide in the arctic.

'Behind the Scenes' & Free-running with the pups
All our pups need cuddles, obedience training and free runs. When they are small we simply walk with them and get them used to returning to us for cuddles and treats. Once they are faster than we are, we use snowmobiles front and back and keep them in between. You can either ride pillion on a snowmobile or sit in a sleigh behind the first machine — and delight in all the pups tripping over themselves to run behind you! We also always have c. 10 non-running / recuperating oldies up to 16 years of age who need individual attention and walks. (Duration: 2-3 hours; Price: Per Person €55.)
Guided Farm Visit & Free-running with the pups
We have a few short weeks each year when we can go free-running with the pups — something we do with the smaller ones every day, from when they can first walk independently until they get too big to chase and catch! Their mommy normally comes along on a leash, and we head out with treat bags and let the pups gambol freely along the forest paths. Watching them trip over each other as they explore everything around them is truly a delight. (Duration: 1 hour +; Price: Adults €25, Children €15, Families €60.)
Guided Farm Visit & Puppy encounter
This is only available when we have pups of a suitable size, so please call or email ahead to check it will be possible when you visit. Aimed primarily at families, it is about giving your child a wonderful experience with the pups, tailored to their age (and the pups'!). It involves a small walk and lots of cuddles in either the free-running pen or the puppy teepee area. We look out for elf footprints in the snow, and in winter have a fire burning in a traditional kota with warm juice for your child.
