On the water
We time this paddle to the sunset so that you can be out on the water to see the fighting colours as evening draws to a close. If we mistime it, we may end up paddling back in the dark, so a headtorch is advised (this can be borrowed from us, if needs be).
In the long days of autumn, this is one of the best possible ways of spending an evening in the arctic. If you are lucky, you may even see the dancing northern lights reflected in the still waters.
